Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Celio Entertainment.

3. Limited License

Celio grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and purchased Products for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• Use Celio intellectual property for commercial purposes
• Copy or adapt creative content, characters, or story elements

All orders placed through the Store are subject to acceptance by Celio Entertainment.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Celio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

For pre-orders, payment confirms your intention to purchase the product when it becomes available. Estimated release or delivery dates will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer. These services handle payment processing securely.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is declined or if details are incorrect.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.

Celio reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, except for orders already confirmed.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or local government charges related to their purchase.

8. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout and may vary depending on location, shipping method, and customs processing.

Celio is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs processing
• Unforeseen logistical disruptions

For digital Products, delivery occurs through secure download links or platform access after purchase or upon product release.

For physical Products, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Celio is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

9. International Sales

Celio may sell Products internationally. Customers outside South Africa are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs procedures and international shipping limitations.

10. Refund Policy

All purchases and pre-orders may be subject to the refund terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

Certain products, particularly digital downloads, may be non-refundable once accessed or delivered, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection laws.
