Celio Entertainment (“Celio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a safe, creative, and enjoyable experience for fans of our content, including Belgrado. This policy outlines age restrictions, parental guidance recommendations, and rules governing user-generated content (“UGC”) submitted to or shared on our platforms.

By accessing or interacting with our content, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Age & Parental Advisory

Celio Entertainment produces content that may be suitable for different age groups.

Belgrado content classifications (Book 1 and associated media):

General (G / PG-13 equivalent): Safe for teens 13+; minimal violence or mature themes.
Teen / Young Adult (14–17): May include mild language, tension, or thematic elements.
Adult / Mature (18+): Includes intense storylines, violence, or themes intended for mature audiences.

Parental Advisory:

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising access by minors.
Celio Entertainment recommends reviewing content classification before allowing access.
Content intended for older audiences may include graphic depictions, mature themes, or other material unsuitable for children.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Celio Entertainment encourages creativity and engagement through fan submissions, forums, and community platforms. UGC includes, but is not limited to:

Artwork, fan art, or illustrations
Stories, scripts, or written material
Videos, memes, or social media posts shared on official channels

Submission Guidelines:

UGC must be original or have proper rights granted by the creator.
Content must not infringe on the rights of Celio or third parties.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or illegal activities
- Malware, spam, or malicious links
Celio reserves the right to moderate, remove, or reject submissions at its sole discretion.

Ownership & License:

Users retain ownership of their original submissions.
By submitting content, you grant Celio Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, distribute, or modify the content for marketing, social media, or other official purposes.
This license is revocable by written notice, subject to reasonable processing.

3. Community Conduct

Celio Entertainment expects all users to engage respectfully on official platforms.

Rules of conduct:

Treat all users, fans, and staff with respect.
Avoid posting offensive, harmful, or illegal material.
Do not impersonate Celio staff or other users.
Follow all applicable laws and platform rules.

Violation of these rules may result in:

Removal of content or posts
Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts or platform access
Reporting to legal authorities when appropriate

4. Global Compliance

Celio Entertainment’s Age / Parental Advisory & UGC guidelines comply with:

South Africa: POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), National Film and Video Classification Board recommendations
European Union: GDPR for collection of personal information in submissions
United States: COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and DMCA for copyright enforcement

We take user privacy and child protection seriously and implement measures to ensure compliance globally.
