Celio Entertainment (“Celio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality entertainment products and digital content. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made through our website or affiliated platforms.

By purchasing products through our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to:

Ebooks (such as Belgrado Book 1)
Webtoons
Original Soundtracks (OSTs)
Downloadable artwork or assets

are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, the digital content is delivered instantly or within the stated delivery timeframe, and access is granted.

Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer partial or full refunds for these items under any circumstances.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders for digital products are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Pre-ordered products will be delivered or made accessible on the official release date. Any updates or changes to delivery schedules will be communicated to purchasers via email or the account associated with the purchase.

3. Physical Products

If you purchase physical merchandise from Celio Entertainment in the future:

Returns or exchanges may be offered only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
You must notify Celio Entertainment within 7 business days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and unaltered.

Refunds for physical products, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Celio Entertainment does not store full payment card information.

Any disputes or chargebacks must be made in accordance with the policies of the relevant payment provider. Celio reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate these terms.

5. Modifications and Updates

Celio Entertainment reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
